RESELLER FAQ’s To make things easier for you, we have compiled a list of most commonly questions asked from us: 1. How do I become a reseller for Baycrafts? It’s quiet easy. To become a reseller, follow these steps: a. Accomplish our reseller form (which you can request thru email: or can be downloaded from here.) b. Submit the completely filled up form (with the requirements: scanned photo/valid ID) via email or via snail mail: Baycrafts Accessories, #154 Abella St., Naga city, 4400, Philippines c. A confirmation email will be sent to you acknowledging receipt of your application. d. Choose your products via our websites: www. Baycrafts.net or multiply site: http://www.mayan22.multiply.com or you can let us choose for you via our “easy resell package” . Our easy resell package will include our bestselling items based on the profile of your target market and your budget. e. An invoice will be sent to you based on the available stocks of your orders. f. If all is okay with your invoice and you have no corrections, you deposit your payment via our various modes of payment. Upon confirmation of payment we ship the items to you. 2. Is there a minimum order to become a reseller? Yes, there is. We require a minimum purchase worth P2,000. These can be assorted products of our immediately available items. 3. If the item sent to me was damaged, can you replace it? Yes. As long as buyer shoulders the shipping, we replace/repair damaged items bought from us. In case item was damaged during use, we still replace/repair as long as it is within 3 months upon buying said item. 4. How do I get the products? For resellers residing outside Naga City, we have them shipped to you via a door-to-door delivery service (OCS, JRS, 2Go) or via freight (Daily Overland). This include Manila buyers. We do not do meet-ups because of time and cost elements. 5. Who shoulders shipping? Buyers shoulder all shipping costs. 6. How much usually is the shipping rate? Rate depends on the weight/volume. For OCS, it is P50/kg for the first kg, and P25 for the succeeding kilograms. They also compute via volume of the box. For Daily Overland, it is usually P75 per box, but they only cover Baguio, Manila, and key cities here in Bicol. 7. Do you have an outlet here in Manila? Unfortunately, we don’t have an outlet yet in Manila. We are currently based in Naga City. We serve our buyers outside Naga via our online store: www.baycrafts.net 8. Are you open for consignments? Right now, we don’t have consignment agreements. We do not produce in volume, so our stocks are pretty limited and cannot finance other outlets. 9. Can I return unsold goods? You can replace your unsold goods with new stocks within the 15-day limit. However, we do not do cash refunds. 10. Are all your designs exclusive to Baycrafts? Our costume jewelry inventory is 90% manufactured and 10% traded. Although we do most of the designs, there are limits to our capabilities so we buy from our co-manufacturers to augment our existing collection. However, we do not purchase ready-made items from Divisoria or Quiapo. 11. What is your specialty? Wired and crocheted jewelry. 12. Can you sell to resellers located abroad? Yes we can and we do. We can accept payments via xoom.com. You can also use Paypal which deposits payment directly to our bank accounts. We ship items via the National Post Office, but this will take approximately 15 days to arrive. 13. Do you accept credit card payments? No. we do not have a credit card facility in place yet. 14. Do you accept personal checks? For buyers located within Naga City, we accept personal dated checks. However, for buyers outside Naga, we only accept bank or g-cash deposits. 15. Do you do custom-made designs? Yes, we can but we have a minimum order for custom made designs for at least 12pcs per design per color. 16. Do you accept jewelry repair jobs? If the jewelry to be repaired is a Baycraft s item and is within the warranty period of 3 months, repair is free. However for Jewelry not bought from us, we charge a certain fee based on labor cost and materials used.
